This metal awning's frame is 12' wide by 20' long. The roof has overhang on all sides. The roof measures about 13'3" wide by 20'6" long.Notice how the roof panels run from the high side to the low side. We call this roof style a vertical roof. This roof style helps with water control and run off. Sending the water away from the other building.

The post height on this awning is 8'. It slopes form 8' to 6'. We can install a taller post if needed by you. We offer a 12 guage frame for units that can be exposed to high winds or heavy snows. Our awnings are made out of all steel construction and are designed to last.
