  • Price does not include Painting or Staining.

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN PLACING AN ORDER:

You will be notified by our factory to confirm a schedule date of your building. All installation dates are considered as a tentative date as sometimes there are unfortunate situations, as inclement weather, family emergencies, etc. on our behalf or yours that could perhaps prevent us from installing your building as scheduled. If any of these situations should arise, we will gladly reschedule your install as quickly as we can as our schedule allows. We strive in customer satisfaction for a hassle-free purchase.

 

Site preparation is the customer's responsibility. We do not do any excavating, digging, or removal of trees or bushes. We must also have a 2' clearance around your building location on 12 wides and smaller and a 4' clearance on 16 wides and larger so our installers have room to work.

 

It is not necessary for someone to be home on your install date, however it is to your advantage to have someone available to answer additional questions. If no one is available, we ask that you place a customer provided 2x8x16 patio block on the 4 corners and a double block where you would like your doors. Windows, shelving, etc. should be discussed with the installer for placement location. Please ask the office for estimate quantity of blocks required for your shed!

 

We will also need to have access to electricity. Our installer will provide his own extension cords up to 150' but they must be able to hook up to power. If electricity is not available on your property, you must let our office know prior to installation, as a generator will be required. There may be a minimum charge.

 

Our installer will phone you between 6am and 8am of the morning of your install to confirm delivery of your building. If we are unable to speak to you to confirm, we will not install your building that day. Our office will call to reschedule a better date for you.

 

Payment is required upon completion, not upon inspection (if you have a permit). We take cash, checks, Mastercard, Visa and Discover credit cards paid directly to our installers. Checks should be made payable to Quality Buildings Unlimited. Financing available with approved credit application prior to installation.
