What keeps the wind from blowing my building away?
MDM Products LLC, has engineered an exclusive anchoring system that will ensure your building does not move. Additional Anchoring systems are available for added security.
How much snow can my building withstand?
MDM Products LLC, Structures are very sturdy and capable of withstanding winter months in heavy snowfall areas. Most snow easily slides off the smooth surface of our covers by itself. In the event of a buildup, the snow can be easily removed by tapping on the building’s ceiling from the inside. If you will not be able to attend to the shelter, we recommend additional rafters for added security.
Will the sun affect the life span of my building?
Our industrial-leading quality, 10 oz. 24 mil thick cover material comes with an exclusive 1-year warranty. Covers last an average of 7-10 years, up all year round depending on the amount of UV.
Do I need a permit to erect my building?
In most instances, a permit is not required due to the building’s temporary nature. Because the buildings are not permanent structures and they can be moved easily. However, it is always best to check your local regulations prior to purchase.
Can I move my building after I’ve built it?
Depending on the size of your building and equipment available, most buildings can be easily disassembled and moved after they’ve been constructed.
How difficult is it to build my building?
Most MDM Products LLC, buildings can be assembled with simple tools in a few hours. No special tools are required. All required hardware and detailed instructions are included. If you ever need help, we’re only a 1-800-phone call away.
Do I need to pay property tax on my building?
Due to the temporary nature of MDM Products LLC, buildings, you will most likely not need to pay taxes. Check with your local assessor's office.
What Color is the building available in?
Because we want you to be happy with the way your shelter looks,
MDM Products LLC, makes them in three different colors to match your surroundings. Slate Grey, Forest Green, Natural Tan. All buildings have bright white interiors.
How strong are the buildings and what are the frames made of?
MDM Products LLC, uses only all structural steel tubing that is galvanized to prevent it from ageing and rusting.
The frame is predrilled and bolts together with stainless steel
Carriage bolts. Depending on the size of your shelter we either use 1-5/8 diameter to 2-3/8 diameter galvanized steel tubing.
How can we order our building and how long will it take to receive it?
MDM Products LLC, is open 7 days a week from 8 am to 10 pm .Our professional trained sales people can answer any
of your questions and take your order by phone. As long as your building is in stock we ship in 24-48 hours.
Depending on your location in the U.S., time is usually 7-10 days.
