We provide free installation on our metal carports, metal barns, and metal buildings.

But....

We are not responsible for obtaining local permits, covenant searches, right of way or setback restrictions.  Please inform the installers of any underground cables, gas lines or any other utility lines.  We will not be held responsible for any damage to the previously mentioned utilities.  You must be able to provide clearance all around the building in order for it to be built .  We can not put a 12' building in a 12' opening.  At least a couple of extra feet around the building are required. We have to put ladders up around the sides and have room to build the building. You are responsible if your building is too big for your desired location.

     Lot must be LEVEL

Or unit will be installed "AS IS" on lot.

Superior Buildings and Carports, Inc. sells DIFFERENT BRANDS.  Any mistakes made at the time of installation must be reported within 24 hours to the specific brand that you purchased, which is noted at the top of your receipt.  You must also report your problem to Superior Buildings and Carports, Inc.  Superior Buildings and Carports, Inc. is not liable for installation mistakes (the brand that you purchased is, which is noted on your receipt) or any damage as a result of inclement weather.

*If we can not provide you with what you ordered, we will refund your down payment if you desire to cancel your order.  If an unknown tragedy happens to you (ie. death in family, loss of job etc.)  let us and know and we will do what we can to help.

You may cancel your order at any time up to when scheduling calls you for a installation date.  If you cancel your order, you will not be required to pay the final balance.

We reserve the right to cancel any order.  If we cancel your order we will refund the down payment amount that was paid when you ordered your carport or building.

We sell many different types of carports and buildings. All buildings and carports are not built the same.  If you need to meet a specific building code in your area, let us know.  Certified buildings and carports are built to meet local codes and meet a certain wind load and snow load.  If you need a certified building please advise us when getting your building price quote.  Our basic carport and building pricing is not always for a certified building.  Certified buildings are more expensive and not always necessary.  In order for us to provide you with the correct building, you will need to call your local building code enforcement department and ask what the wind load and snow load requirements are.  These can vary from state to state, city to city and even county to county in a state.  Some times a permit is required by your local government and sometimes it is not.
 

Have you seen this on another site.  Well don't be misled.  If it is installed for you tax must be charged and it will apply.

The subcontractors installation trucks are heavy, they can leave ruts in your yard, do not allow them to drive in your yard if there is concern, we do not take responsibility for this.  If a sub-contractor damages anything at the install location with a vehicle, call the police and file a private property accident report and report it to his insurance company for a claim.
