Our large buildings have special requirements. They are LARGE and HEAVY so they need to be built on concrete. We need forklifts onsite to build them (customer provided). We can tell you what to rent if you don't have one. They come freighted in on tractor trailers so we need room to get in and out. Many large companies and oil producers use our products. Pictures of products built will not always be exactly like what is purchased. These pictures are provided as examples only. Since different areas have different codes they can very in construction. Some pricing is online as a guide. It can change quickly due to steel and oil price changes so call to verify your quote.

Our Units can be certified with engineered plans for construction to meet your local building codes and reg's. Normally we need you to call your local building department before and find out the required wind and snow loads for the building site. This is so our engineers can correctly plan for your building. You are required to pull all permits using our plans if permits are required. All units start out as a roof. Sides and end wall are added if needed. Openings are custom and we need to know what you require. Side opening are limited to 12 feet wide. Let us know how you need it built and we will get you a quote ASAP. Normally construction times are 8 weeks from time of order. If special plans are needed these can add up to 3 weeks or more to the over all build time.

Customers are required to have concrete ready when we come out to erect the building.

Use our on-line form then call for a firm quote! Roof Design - As with our garage, we offer two primary roof designs. One of which is the Standard Rolled-Corner design. The other design is the A-frame with Boxed Eave. Both designs can be constructed with 12 Gauge, 14 Gauge, and Certified configurations. Options - We also offer a variety of options with our garages. On both the Standard Rolled-Corner type and the A-frame/Boxed Eave type, the garage comes with standard horizontal roof panels and with standard horizontal side panels. Which means the metal roof and side panels run parallel to the side of the carport. With our A-frame/Boxed Eave product, you can choose to have the roof and/or side panels installed vertically at an additional charge. We strongly recommend the vertical roofing. This building is located in the lower right hand corner of the illustrations below. Our most cost effective garage is the rolled-corner garage with standard roof and side panels featured in the upper left hand corner in the illustrations below.
